A method for adding lubricating oil to an open air conditioner compressor. Generally, there are three types, inhaling from the through hole next to the suction shut-off valve, adding from the filling hole, and adding from the lower part of the crankcase. 1. Close the suction shut-off valve, start the compressor for a few minutes, and discharge the refrigerant in the crankcase into the condenser to make the crankcase vacuum. Stop the machine and immediately close the exhaust stop valve, slowly unscrew the bypass hole screw plug of the exhaust stop valve, and release the remaining air in the high pressure chamber. Unscrew the screw plug of the bypass hole of the suction shut-off valve, and install the taper joint and copper pipe.

2. Prepare lubricating oil.

3. Press the mouth of the oil suction pipe with your fingers, and start the air conditioner compressor to pump out the air in the crankcase. If the liquid hammer phenomenon is found, let the compressor continue to run for 2~3 minutes, so that the crankcase is in a vacuum state, and stop when the finger holding the nozzle feels a strong suction.

4. Immerse the nozzle held by your fingers in the oil, let go after immersion, and the oil will be sucked into the crankshaft tube from the oil pipe.

5. Observe the oil level indicator to see if the indicated oil level reaches the oil level line.

6. Remove the copper pipe and joint, screw on the screw plug and tighten, start the compressor to draw out the air sucked in the crankcase, and tighten the exhaust stop valve screw plug when the exhaust sound is not heard.

7. Open the suction and exhaust stop valves, and the refueling work is completed.
